Notice for Eid al-Fitr Celebration
Dear our beloved customers,
Our warmest wishes to you and your loved ones as we celebrate Eid al-Fitr this week. Please note that due to the festivities, there might be a slight delay in processing and delivering orders placed during this time.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that our team is working diligently to fulfill your orders as soon as possible.
Here are important notes listed below;
Delivery Notice: Orders placed starting from 3rd of April might experience delays due to the high volume during the Eid al-Fitr celebration. The delivery operation will resume after celebration on 16th of April.
Outlet closure:
- Tomaz Factory Outlet (USJ 1) on 1st, 2nd and 3rd of Eid al-Fitr (10,11 and 12)
- Tomaz USJ 9 Business Centre on 1st, 2nd and 3rd of Eid al-Fitr (10,11 and 12)
Aftersales Notice: Our customer service and warranty department will be unavailable on the 10th & 11th of April and will be back to normal operations on the 12th of April. If needed, please contact us via email at customerservice@tomaz.my
