How To Measure Your Foot Length

Here are step by step to measure :

  1. Stand on a level surface with your heels against a straight edge or wall.
  2. Place a ruler flat on the floor beside the inside of your foot from heel or toe.
  3. Position an object with a flat edge across the tip of your longest toe.
  4. Your foot length measurement is where the flat edge crosses the ruler.

How Long Does It Take To Process My Order

  • After you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email in your inbox.
  • Our customer service team will conduct a verification process and will update you via email when your parcel is on the way, along with a tracking number. You can check the status of your parcel at a link provided with your order e-mail.Our courier will collect parcels at 3pm from Monday to Friday.
  • All tracking numbers can be checked within 48 hours, after 6pm onwards.

How Long Does It Take For Delivery

  • The delivery time takes about 3-7 working days, depending on courier nearby your area and the stocks availability. Postage will only be done on weekdays. Shipment is not done on weekends and public holidays; it will be continued on a working week.
  • Delivery may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances; hence it might take more than 7 working days.

How Can I Track My Order

  •  We understand the importance of knowing the status of your order. To track your order, please refer to the tracking number provided in your order details. You can use this tracking number on the respective courier’s website to monitor the progress of your shipment. This will give you real-time updates and estimated delivery times for your order.

How Much Is The Postage Fee

Tomaz offers FREE SHIPPING for all orders throughout Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak, excluding furniture & gaming chairs.

Which Courier Service Company Do We Use?

  • Tomaz uses Best Express/J&T Express as our Courier Service. Any other courier preferences besides Poslaju should be bared by the customer.
  • Tomaz will not be responsible for any damages or losses occurred during the delivery.

Warranty Claims

Warranty for Watches

  • Limited Warranty of 5 Years that covers manufacturer's defects from the purchase date.
  • Watches that meet the requirements under the discretion and assessment of the warranty team are eligible for a 1 to 1 replacement within 14 days upon receiving.
  • Watches exceeding 14 days upon receiving will go through a regular warranty claiming process.
  • The warranty covers the glass and movement.
  • Effective from 18th October 2023, all watches battery replacement will be covered for 3 months only from purchase date. After that, will be charge for RM25.00 per change.
  • Normal wear and tear, watch strap and theft is not covered by the warranty.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you have purchased from us through online, the order number will be required.

    Warranty Gaming Chairs/Tables
  • We offer a Limited Warranty of 3 Years for gaming chairs from the purchase date which covers manufacturer's defects, mechanism, hand rest, wheels, chair legs, gas lift, adjuster and backseat.
  • For tables we only cover lifting mechanism for 2 years warranty
  • We will repair or replace the parts which are not functioning as intended.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you have purchased from us through online, the order ID number will be sufficient.

How Do I Know If I Am Eligible To Exchange/Refund

You may exchange/refund your item(s) if the sizing, color or other condition of a product is not suitable or satisfactory for you, as long as it fulfills the T&Cs listed below (not applicable to Gaming Chairs). Returned items that do not meet any of the T&Cs will be duly declined.

Terms & Conditions (not applicable to Gaming Chairs):

  • Defect from customer's side will not be bear by Tomaz.
  • Customer allowed to exchange items within 14 days period from received date with validation of order ID and receipt.
  • All Item(s) must be returned in their original condition (new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and that all labels and tags are attached (if there is any) including undamaged box.
  • All exchange/refund requests will be processed within 1 - 3 business days upon receiving returned items at our Tomaz Factory Outlet @ USJ 1.
  • Tomaz is not responsible for returned parcels until they arrive at our side. Please retain your courier service receipt and tracking number as proof of return.
  • All items purchased can be exchanged for only one time. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded. The voucher code will not be re-issued.

Extra note for Refund:

  • Orders that are placed from our website ONLY are eligible for refund.
  • The refund process will take within 7-14 working days or more to take effect and be credited back to your provided bank account.

How Do I Make A Return


  • Item(s) shall be posted back to Tomaz Factory Outlet @ USJ 1 together with the courier service receipt and invoice as verification and proof. Kindly contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp (Monday - Saturday from 9:00am - 6:00pm)


  • Return the watch together with its warranty card to Tomaz Factory Outlet @ USJ 1. Kindly provide us the original receiptorder ID number and contact our Warranty team via WhatsApp (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
  • Kindly be informed that the repair process will take 2-3 months after we receive your parcel subject to type of repair.


  • Only the defect item or parts shall be posted back to Tomaz Factory Outlet @ USJ 1 together with the courier service receipt and invoice. Kindly show us the receipt or order ID and contact our Warranty team via WhatsApp (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM). Tracking details for the returned goods must be provided once the return has been initiated.
