Here are step by step to measure :
- Stand on a level surface with your heels against a straight edge or wall.
- Place a ruler flat on the floor beside the inside of your foot from heel or toe.
- Position an object with a flat edge across the tip of your longest toe.
- Your foot length measurement is where the flat edge crosses the ruler.

- After you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email in your inbox.
- Our customer service team will conduct a verification process and will update you via email when your parcel is on the way, along with a tracking number. You can check the status of your parcel at a link provided with your order e-mail.Our courier will collect parcels at 3pm from Monday to Friday.
- All tracking numbers can be checked within 48 hours, after 6pm onwards.
Delivery
- The delivery time takes about 3-7 working days, depending on courier nearby your area and the stocks availability. Postage will only be done on weekdays. Shipment is not done on weekends and public holidays; it will be continued on a working week.
- Delivery may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances; hence it might take more than 7 working days.
- We understand the importance of knowing the status of your order. To track your shipment, please use the tracking number provided in your order details and visit our tracking page to monitor its progress
Tomaz offers FREE SHIPPING for all orders throughout Malaysia,including Sabah and Sarawak,excluding furniture & gaming chairs.
- Tomaz uses Best Express/J&T Express as our Courier Service. Any other courier preferences besides Poslaju should be bared by the customer.
- Tomaz will not be responsible for any damages or losses occurred during the delivery.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
- Warranty Period
Watches are covered by a five year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This applies to both online and retail purchases. - Fourteen Day Replacement Policy
Watches that meet the requirements under the discretion and assessment of the warranty team are eligible for a one to one replacement within fourteen days from the date of receiving the product. Watches exceeding fourteen days from the date of receiving will be processed under the standard warranty claim procedure. - Scope of Warranty
Effective from 13 March 2025, the warranty is limited to covering the watch movement only. Any components other than the watch movement are not covered under this warranty. - Battery Coverage
Effective from 18 October 2023, battery replacement is covered for a period of three months from the purchase date. After this period, a charge of RM25.00 will apply for each battery replacement. - Exclusions
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, watch straps, the watch case, the back case, or any non-movement related issues. - Warranty Claims Requirement
A valid warranty card is required for all warranty claims and service requests. For purchases made through the online store, the order number may be used as proof of purchase. - Out of Warranty Repairs
Repairs that are not covered under warranty will be subject to charges depending on the extent of the damage. Customers may contact the repair team via WhatsApp at +60128798030 between 9:00AM and 6:00PM for assessment. A quotation will be provided based on the required repair work. - Final Assessment
All warranty claims and services are subject to the final assessment and approval of the warranty team.
- We offer a 3-year limited warranty for gaming chairs (except Zeus series comes with a 2-year limited warranty) on frame, arm rest, angle adjuster, tilt mechanism, hydraulic, wheelbase, & caster.
- For tables we only cover lifting mechanism for 2 years warranty
- We will repair or replace the parts which are not functioning as intended.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you have purchased from us through online, the order ID number will be sufficient.
You may exchange/refund your item(s) if the sizing, color or other condition of a product is not suitable or satisfactory for you, as long as it fulfills the T&Cs listed below (not applicable to Gaming Chairs). Returned items that do not meet any of the T&Cs will be duly declined.
Terms & Conditions (not applicable to Gaming Chairs):
- Defect from customer's side will not be bear by Tomaz.
- Customer allowed to exchange items within 14 days period from received date with validation of order ID and receipt.
- All Item(s) must be returned in their original condition (new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and that all labels and tags are attached (if there is any) including undamaged box.
- All exchange/refund requests will be processed within 1 - 3 business days upon receiving returned items at our Tomaz Factory Outlet @ USJ 1.
- Tomaz is not responsible for returned parcels until they arrive at our side. Please retain your courier service receipt and tracking number as proof of return.
- All items purchased can be exchanged for only one time. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded. The voucher code will not be re-issued.
Extra note for Refund:
SHOES, CLOTHING, ACCESSORIES
- Item(s) shall be posted back to Tomaz Factory Outlet @ USJ 1 together with the courier service receipt and invoice as verification and proof. Kindly contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp (Monday - Saturday from 9:00am - 6:00pm)
WATCHES
- Return the watch together with its warranty card to Tomaz Factory Outlet @ USJ 1. Kindly provide us the original receipt, order ID number and contact our Warranty team via WhatsApp (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
- Kindly be informed that the repair process will take 2-3 months after we receive your parcel subject to type of repair.
GAMING CHAIRS/TABLES
- Only the defect item or parts shall be posted back to Tomaz Factory Outlet @ USJ 1 together with the courier service receipt and invoice. Kindly show us the receipt or order ID and contact our Warranty team via WhatsApp (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM). Tracking details for the returned goods must be provided once the return has been initiated.
