How both Automatic and Quartz watch works? 

• Automatic: A self-winding watch is powered by the natural movement of your wrist. When you move your wrist, it makes a rotor spin, which winds the mainspring. Wearing the watch continuously keeps it running and stores energy, so it keeps working even when you take it off.
• Quartz: The battery in a quartz watch sends electricity through a quartz crystal, making it vibrate 32,768 times per second. These vibrations create a pulse every second, which moves the watch hands.
