Exchange and Returns

  1. You may exchange/return your item(s) if the sizing, color or other condition of a product is not suitable or satisfactory for you, as long as it fulfills the T&Cs listed below (not applicable to Gaming Chairs).
  2. Returned items that do not meet any of the T&Cs will be duly declined.

Terms & Conditions (not applicable to Gaming Chairs):

  1. All Item(s) must be returned in their original condition (new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and that all labels and tags are attached (if there is any). 
  2. All items must be returned in their original packaging including undamaged box.
  3. All return/exchange requests will be processed within 3 - 7 days upon receiving returned items at our Tomaz Factory Outlet @ USJ 1.
  4. Delivery fee for returns is free. Kindly send to us the courier service receipt and tracking number.
  5.  All items purchased can be exchanged for only one time. 
  6. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded. The voucher code will not be re-issued.
  7. Tomaz is not responsible for returned parcels until they arrive at our side. Please retain your courier service receipt and tracking no. as proof of return.

 

FREE REPAIRS SERVICES FOR FLOOD VICTIMS (DECEMBER 2021)

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. Period of this offer is valid from time to time (will update furthermore).
  2. Free repair services offered are not exchangeable and non-refundable for cash.
  3. This Offer covers repair services on the affected Tomaz products. Repairs are subject to the availability of spare parts.
  4. Free repairs are only applicable for any damages on Tomaz products caused directly by the floods and are owned by residents at the Flood Affected Areas only. Not applicable for any accidental physical damage due to mishandling, e.g. cracked screen and/or product damaged outside the Flood Affected Areas.
  5. This Offer is valid only for the following areas affected by the recent flooding in Klang Valley. Other areas affected by the flood may be informed by Tomaz from time to time.
  6. Repair services will be arranged based on the availability of the appointment and located at Tomaz USJ 1 Factory Outlet only.

  1. How to Return
  • Item(s) shall be posted back to Tomaz Factory Outlet @ USJ 1 together with the courier service receipt and invoice as verification, and proof. Kindly contact our customer service or WhatsApp +6012-8798030 (9:00am - 10:00pm).

WATCHES

  1. Terms & Condition
  • All watch(s) must be returned in their original condition (with the defects from our side) , with back case sticker (required) and that all labels & tags are attached (if there is any). 
  • Defect from customer's side will not be bear by Tomaz
  • Orders that are placed from www.tomaz.my , Tomaz’s Facebook LIVE, and Tomaz’s official outlets ONLY are eligible for refund. Orders that fall within the 30 days period after purchase ONLY are eligible to request for refund with validation of order ID and receipt.
  1. How to Return
  • Return the watch together with its warranty card to Tomaz Factory Outlet @ USJ Kindly provide us the original receipt and the order ID number and contact our customer service or WhatsApp +6012-8798030 (10:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Kindly be informed that the process will take 2-3 months after we receive your parcel.

     2. Warranty

  • Limited Warranty of 5 Years that covers manufacturer's defects from the purchase date. Watches that meet the requirements under the discretion and assessment of the warranty team are eligible for a 1 to 1 replacement within 14 days upon receiving. Watches exceeding 14 days upon receiving will go through a regular warranty claiming process. The warranty covers the glass, movement, and battery. Normal wear and tear, watch strap and theft is not covered by the warranty. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you have purchased from us through online, the order number will be required.

GAMING CHAIRS

  1. How to Return
  • Only the defect item or parts shall be posted back to Tomaz Factory Outlet @ USJ 1 together with the courier service receipt, and invoice. Kindly show us the receipt or order ID and contact our customer service or WhatsApp +6012-8798030 (10:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Tracking details for the returned goods must be provided once the return has been initiated.

     2. Warranty

  • We offer a Limited Warranty of 3 Years for gaming chairs from the purchase date which covers manufacturer's defects, hand rest, wheels, hydraulics, chair legs, gas lift, adjuster and backseat. We will repair or replace the parts which are not functioning as intended. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you have purchased from us through online, the order ID number will be sufficient.

Refund

  • Orders that are placed from www.tomaz.my , Tomaz’s Facebook LIVE, and Tomaz’s official outlets ONLY are eligible for refund. Orders that fall within the 14 days period after purchase ONLY are eligible to request for refund with validation of order ID and receipt. The refund process will take within 5 working days or more to take effect and be credited back to your provided bank account.
