  2. We provide Easy Exchange and Free Returns.
  3. You may exchange/return your item(s) if the sizing, color or other conditions of a product is not suitable or satisfactory to you, as long as it fulfills the T&Cs (refer below).
  4. A request for returning the item(s) that do not meet any of the T&Cs will be duly declined.

FAQ: HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE/RETURN?
An invoice can be found in your parcel - including a Return Slip Form (written at the back of the card). Kindly fill up the return slip and contact our customer service through e-mail at customer@tomaz.my or you can also Whatsapp/Call: +6017-877 8030 (9:00am - 9:00pm) for a size exchange. Item(s) must be returned back to our HQ together with the courier service receipt, invoice and return slip as a prove. You may also directly walk-in to our HQ for a return/exchange by contacting us beforehand and let us know the day and date of your visit so that we can arrange a staff to assist you.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
(*T&C applies and are subject to change. Applicable for purchases made on via www.tomaz.my only):

1. All Item(s) must be returned in their original condition (new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and that all labels and tags are still attached (if there are any). 
2. All item(s) must be returned in their original packaging including undamaged box.
3. All return/exchange requests will be processed within 3 days upon receiving returned items at our HQ.
4. Delivery fee is to be covered by our customer.  Return fee from our HQ to you is free of charge.
5. All item(s) purchased can only be exchanged once.
6. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded. The voucher code will not be re-issued.
7. Tomaz is not responsible for returned parcels until they arrive at our HQ. Please retain your courier service receipt and tracking no. as proof of return.
