Shipment Details

1. Tomaz offers FREE SHIPPING for all orders throughout Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak, excluding furniture & gaming chairs.

2. The delivery time takes about 3-7 working days, depending on courier nearby your area and the stocks availability. Postage will only be done on weekdays. Shipment are not done on weekends and public holidays, it will be continued on a working week.

3. Delivery may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances, hence it might take more than 7 working days.

4. Tomaz uses Best Express/J&T Express as our Courier Service. Any other courier preferences besides Poslaju should be bared by the customer.

5. Tomaz will not be responsible for any damages or losses occurred during the delivery.

6. After you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email in your inbox.

7. Our customer service team will conduct a verification process and will update you via email when your parcel is on the way, along with a tracking number. You can check the status of your parcel at a link provided with your order e-mail.

8. Our courier will collect parcels at 3pm from Monday to Friday. All tracking numbers can be checked within 48 hours, after 6pm on wards.

9. We ship worldwide! Contact us at customer@tomaz.my or message us on WhatsApp at 017 877 8030 and we will quote your shipping charges depending on weight of parcel and country. ***Buyer has to bare the shipping fees according to our courier's respective charges.

10. You can only self-pick up your online purchase at Tomaz USJ 1 Factory Outlet. Not applicable for other outlets.
